Robin - Sweet Shot Tuesday - Tuesday's Unwrapped

Robins - a majestic but tiny bird, so proud of their red breasts. It has brought generations of my family, including myself great pleasure to watch these birds flutter in our vegetable garden. Sitting quietly on the handle of a shovel, they observe the world - I wonder what they think, and how they see it, what is the Robin's Eye View, so to speak? Then in an instance, their wings move, and they take air, flying up into the branches of the trees, seeing the world from another vantage point. And, I wonder do we miss out, only seeing the world from one vantage point, not taking the chance to even glimpse at all that is out there, we are so blinkered by our own eyeline. I look up, and I am thankful that my vision changes constantly, that I see things from different levels, and I smile, because, I know that the world must be viewed on multiple planes.
