My Uncle Etienne was a French Patisserie Chef. He passed away last year. My his wife my Auntie Barbara and his daughters my cousins Stephanie & Natalie had an Afternoon Tea for MacMillan Cancer Support.
They made the most exquisite patisserie - mini chocolate mousses with a hint of coffee which always brings out the flavour in chocolate. Tiny Strawberry Jellies, Little buns, Lemon meringue buns, Cucumber sandwiches, scones, fruit cake and tiny tarts with either strawberries or mixed fruit.
It was a perfect afternoon, sweet treats, cups of tea, laughter & great conversations with my mum, aunts &
cousins. Not to mention the opportunity to rise money for a marvellous cause MacMillan Cancer Support.
