Irish Open

iPhone shots from the opening day of the Irish Open at Royal Portrush.  Today I am linking up with Kent Weakley, for P52, the theme is 'school's out' for me schools out used to mean hours on the golf course, constant practice and matches.  Please join us and tell what school's out means to you!

That's it for now ...

Thank you Gary. Lovely to read your encouraging comments. I took these with my iPhone on the opening day. Have you been up? I'm going back up tomorrow.

Donna it was so exciting to be there. I love watching golf & we were so proud to have the competition held at Royal Portrush in Northern Ireland.

Thank you Ann. It was a brilliant day but literally four seasons in one day in terms of weather. An hour before these photos were taken the heavens had opened & we had had a thunder storm that stopped play on the golf course.

I am not a golf fan, but I know what a challenging sport it can be. Enjoy your summer and hopefully you get to play some golf as well as watch. ;)
