Awakening

Awakening, today is a new beginning.
We enter into what yesterday was beyond our reach. A different time frame. For me the start of the next part of the journey. This feeling, I have seems to transcend words. I wonder as I write can I put it into words - is it possible to try.
I am one step closer to the promises, to 'there'. Going through 'This' to get to 'There' over the course of 2012 has not been an easy journey. At times my feet have walked on a dark and twisted path, where I was often left feeling, would the weeds ever disappear. And, yet, I knew I was going to 'There' and to get there, going through 'This' was essential.
One thing I have been struck by over the course of the past six months is how essential it is to keep going, moving through, one step at a time. Experiencing and feeling everything in our path. Knowing this part of the journey isn't forever, but also deep within my soul, aware what I have been going through is essential. Essential to 'There' to where I am going, to what is in front of me.
I have been given big dreams, not only for now, but for the generations. I want to steward my dreams, to keep believing. Not letting go of them in the dark. Instead shining light on them. I chose to leave a legacy.
Beyond yesterday, in front of today, years from tomorrow - the future stands. The 'There' will change, but I keep walking, knowing this morning something significant happened in the atmosphere.
As I rang my bell at 8.12am for three minutes (joining with millions of others across Great Britain and Ireland to welcome the Olympics) I felt the deeper meaning. The atmospheric shift. The awakening the ringing of bells hearlded.
